About me

I build Flutter apps that hold up in production.

I'm Subin C, a Flutter developer from Kerala. I started with a Flutter internship at Luminar Technolab in 2022, then spent over two years at Sigosoft building and maintaining Flutter apps for mobile and web — working closely with designers and backend developers, reviewing code and mentoring junior developers.

After that I worked directly with clients as a freelance mobile developer, delivering custom apps from gathering requirements to handover. Today I'm a Flutter developer at Buddiz in Kochi.

My work spans sales and ERP tools, on-demand fuel delivery with maps and payments, AI chat experiences and an open-source Flutter package. I care about what users notice — smooth UI, quick load times, apps that don't crash — and what teams notice: readable code, predictable state management and automated tests.

A Flutter sales app connected to ERPNext, so teams can create customers and orders, track stock in real time and handle invoicing from their phone.

The problem

Sales teams working with ERPNext needed a mobile app to create customers and orders and see up-to-date stock and order status — backed by modules for invoicing and reporting.

What I built

  • Real-time stock and order tracking through the ERPNext API.
  • Custom modules for order processing, invoice generation and reporting.
  • Worked with the backend team to optimise API performance and reduce load times.
  • Reduced the crash rate by 50% through testing, profiling and code optimisation.

Dhaamiye

A fuel delivery app that lets customers order fuel from their phone and have it delivered to the location of their choice.

The problem

Getting fuel usually means a trip to the station. Dhaamiye brings fuel directly to individuals and businesses at their preferred location, with online and pay-on-delivery options.

What I built

  • Location-based features built on the Google Maps API.
  • Geolocation for precise tracking and seamless navigation.
  • A simple interface for ordering fuel and tracking deliveries.
  • Secure payment gateway integration for smooth transactions.

Nemo — AI Chatbot

A Flutter chatbot that pairs Google Gemini with speech-to-text and text-to-speech, so conversations work by voice as well as text.

The problem

Typing isn't always convenient. Nemo lets people talk to an AI assistant by voice or text, hear the answer read aloud, and pick up past conversations from history stored on the device.

Key features

  • AI responses generated with Google Gemini.
  • Voice input with speech-to-text.
  • Spoken replies with adjustable rate, pitch and volume, plus a toggle to turn voice off.
  • Chat history persisted locally with Hive.
  • Real-time conversation flow that auto-scrolls to the latest message.

A Flutter app for film fans to discover movies, dig into the details and keep a personal watchlist.

The problem

Synopses, trailers and cast details usually live in different places. CineTrack brings them into one app, with favourites and a watchlist saved on the device.

Key features

  • Search and discovery by category, genre and trends, powered by the TMDb API.
  • Movie pages with synopses, trailers and cast information.
  • Favourites and watchlist stored locally with SQLite (sqflite).
  • MVVM architecture with Provider and get_it dependency injection.
  • Resilient networking with Dio and automatic retries; over-the-air updates via Shorebird.

The problem

High-resolution images in Flutter web apps and galleries are hard to inspect at normal size. HoverZoomImage lets users explore the detail just by moving the cursor.
